API Data License

When you use the geo.tackos.ai API, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the returned address data within your application.

You May

• Display address data to your users (autocomplete dropdowns, maps, forms)
• Store API responses temporarily for caching (up to 30 days)
• Use returned coordinates for mapping and routing
• Use the data for analytics within your organization

You May Not

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the raw address data
• Build a competing geocoding or address lookup service
• Bulk download or systematically extract the database
• Create derivative datasets for redistribution
• Remove attribution if required by your plan

Data Source

Address data is compiled from publicly available US government sources. The compilation, indexing, and API are proprietary to tackos.ai.

OpenClaw Skill

The geocoder OpenClaw skill is licensed for use with OpenClaw agents. The skill code is proprietary. The API access follows the same licensing as direct API usage.

Map Tool

Addresses saved via the Map Tool are licensed for your personal or business use. Export and use them freely. The underlying database remains proprietary.
